Editing :

My coworker on this project is done with the editing of our project. The soft wares that he used were Adobe Premier Pro and Windows Movie Maker . And we also finalized the song which was also added in the same editing phase.

Production Phase (Shoot Day):

Obviously it’s a hectic job, but actually working as a director and writer on a particular project has been a great experience for me . On the day of  shoot the crew arrived the producer with the cast and other related resources. I had the story board with me and by following its cuts I shot the video accordingly.
There were no hurdles in my way to complete the shooting .However it was obviously very depressing when we had to change the locations and the dates of few shoots because of unpredictable weather conditions or the security reason. As the weather wasn’t allowing us to shoot because of fog but one day when weather was normal me and my team mate decided to shoot. We went to the locations we decided and shot the scenes according to the storyboard we made. As we are not professionals so we had one DSLR-the digital single lens reflex. It was a single camera production so we had a little problem in shooting because we had to shoot several scenes twice or maybe trice to get the perfect shots. Story board help us to shoot a lot of scenes in less time in order to make my efforts successful I had a good support from my team make. The producer-Mr. Asad Ali   made sure that every thing on set was available which necessary .He was knows how to make the cast comfortable and made sure that the cast works properly.

The story was very well written by me as I defined my role as the director of photography and the writer. As I was the writer and the director I explained the whole idea and the story to my colleague Asad. It took less time to write the screen play and to draw the story board. Asad helped me during the shooting by telling the techniques about cinematography. Now I have the final footage of my video –my friend Mr. Asad Ali is working on it. He is working very hard to edit the movie.

Final Idea :

So we finalized the initial  idea together (me and my coworker) on this project.I did a little bit changes in the final idea - I showed the journey around the city; showing the whole city-the city life also represented the life the guy on which our story is based ."The Journey" the tittle of film has a symbolic meaning-the journey of life .The film opening will show the journey of life of the guy  who is in the video(the driving person) The film opening will be about the journey and to cover this idea there will be a proper story board and other stuff as per the requirements of the project.
